My Weight Loss Journey -15 Kg [1st Week]

After I got a fight with my MOM, I was in my room the whole time. I didn't eat or drink. I didn't even went outside of my room. I spent my time on the laptop. But I was like "Hey, I can survive without eating today!" Well to be very frank, my MOM's friend, came over (as she always does), she asked me to eat dinner. I had noodles (which was really less and enough to feed a baby LMAO). I had 3 pieces of Prata that was left in the morning for me (which I didn't eat). 

30th November 2016, Wednesday -I decided to start my weight loss journey before January 2017.

  • Weight: 54 kg _ 120 lbs
  • Height: 143cm _ 4 feet 8 inches

Meal

  • Morning: 2 Scrambled Eggs with a little salt
  • Dinner: Mushroom Soup cooked by Mom
Calories Ate: 600 calories (Didn't check, ESTIMATED)

Update: Woke up, was suprised I lost 2 kg

  • Dinner: Yesterday dinner leftover
